1. Take a pan, add 1 tbsp oil, add 1 finely diced onion, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Mix them well.
  2. Then add 1 cup finely chopped tomatoes, 25g finely diced bell pepper, 1/4 cup of boiled corn kernels, 100g chopped spinach, mix them well.
  3. Take 180g Greek yogurt, then add cooked vegetables, add 1 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tbsp dried italian seasoning, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper.
  4. Take 4 bread slices, grease the bread slices with butter on both sides, then top it with vegetable yogurt mix.
  5. You can grill on the grilling pan as well as toast them on non stick pan.
  6. Cook them till it is golden brown. Serve hot.
