1. To begin, simply toast your bread; You can use any kind of toast or sliced bread you have but I like to use whole grain toast.
  2. Next, smash an avocado in a small bowl with a fork.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro, 2 tbsp lime, salt, pepper as required then add the mixture on the avocado. Sprinkle with chilli flakes and serve!
  4. You can even add sunny side up, poached, scrambled or even hard-boiled which also works well. For garnishing you can top with sesame seed.
