1. Add 16 whole strawberries to the blender.
  2. Add 2 tbsp flax seed(optional) and 1/4 cup honey (if you like your smoothie on the sweet side, you may want to add more honey).
  3. Add about ¼ cup of crushed ice to each serving if you would like more of a chill to your smoothie.
  4. Add 1/2 cup of blueberries.
  5. Peel 2 whole kiwi fruit, cut in large pieces and add to the blender.
  6. Add 2/3rd cup of yogurt.
  7. Blend until smooth!
  8. Serve immediately for a delicious and refreshing beverage!
