- Add 16 whole strawberries to the blender.
- Add 2 tbsp flax seed(optional) and 1/4 cup honey (if you like your smoothie on the sweet side, you may want to add more honey).
- Add about ¼ cup of crushed ice to each serving if you would like more of a chill to your smoothie.
- Add 1/2 cup of blueberries.
- Peel 2 whole kiwi fruit, cut in large pieces and add to the blender.
- Add 2/3rd cup of yogurt.
- Blend until smooth!
- Serve immediately for a delicious and refreshing beverage!
